Privacy
Your data, in plain language.
RYTVI stores what you type so it can remind you, and nothing more than that. This page says exactly what that is, where it lives, who processes it, and how you get it out.

What RYTVI stores
- Your account: your email address, the name you give us, and either a password (stored hashed, never readable by us) or your Google sign-in.
- Your routines, as you typed them: name, brand, how much you take, the strength, your instructions, and the schedule (times, days, cycles, start and end dates), plus optional stock counts.
- Your history: every Taken, Snooze, Skip and Undo, with the time it happened.
- Settings: time zone, reminder channels, snooze length, discreet mode, and whether AI reading for Quick Add is on.
- Devices: for each phone or browser you use, a push token, whether reminders are allowed, and its time zone.
- WhatsApp, only if you switch it on: your number, your opt-in status, the messages we sent, and your replies (YES, STOP, TAKEN, SKIP, SNOOZE).
- Quick Add with AI reading, only if it is on: a record that a reading happened (when, which model, how long it took, how large the answer was). Never the note itself.
What it is used for
Reminding you at the times you set. Showing your history and progress. Keeping your devices in step. Answering you when you write to us. Keeping the service running, which includes a report when the app itself hits an error.
Nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you.
Who helps us run RYTVI
A few services process data on our behalf, each only to provide that service to us:
- Supabase (through Lovable Cloud): the database and sign-in. Everything above lives there, and every request is checked against your account.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal: delivering push notifications to the iOS and Android app.
- Twilio: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages, only if you switch WhatsApp on.
- Anthropic: reading the note you type in Quick Add when AI reading is on. Only that note is sent. Turn it off in Settings and RYTVI reads on your device instead (English and Romanian).
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google.
Reminders on your lock screen
A reminder shows the routine name so you know what is due. Turn on discreet notifications in Settings to hide names on the lock screen and in WhatsApp backups.
Your controls
- Export everything: Settings, then Export my data, gives you a file with everything RYTVI holds about you.
- Delete everything: Settings, then Delete my account, removes your routines, history, devices and reminders immediately and permanently.
- Turn off AI reading: Settings, then Privacy & data.
- Stop WhatsApp: reply STOP to any message, or switch it off in Settings.
How long we keep it
Your account and everything in it, for as long as you keep the account. Notification delivery records and WhatsApp messages, for 30 days. Records of devices that stopped checking in, for a year.
How it is protected
Every table is protected by row-level security, so data is only ever returned to the account it belongs to. The secrets our servers use never reach your phone or browser. Messages from WhatsApp are signature-checked before we act on them.
Not medical
RYTVI is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. What you record is yours; we never interpret it.
Children
RYTVI is meant for adults managing their own routines. If you are under 16, please set it up together with a parent or guardian.
